OUR HISTORY AND OUR TEAM

Our History

Super Sports Camps began in 2014 with our first Multi Sports Camp in Strathfield, Sydney and our first Cricket Camp in Newcastle. I just want to thank you for organising the school holiday sports camp in Sydney. The way you organise the camp is highly enjoyable and very professional. My sons, Noah and Max, come home tired, having made new friends and participated in all the activities you offer. This is wonderful.

OUR SPORTS CAMPS STRUCTURE

We strive to adopt a consistent school holiday sports camp structure across our Cricket Camps, AFL Camps and Multi Sports Camps. Since we are focused on servicing parents and kids, this is why we have very clear processes and schedules. Making sure that we simultaneously maximise parent peace of mind and the level of enjoyment of every kid in attendance is at the core of what we do.

Booking Process

After selecting the school holiday sports camp that best suits you and your child, you are taken through a series of steps aimed at maximising convenience for parents and informing us about your kids. Firstly, parents are asked to select the number of days your child will attend our school holiday sports camps. This is followed by parents being presented with a secure payment platform using Paypal. The booking process then concludes with parents being prompted to complete a booking form. Parents will receive an email confirming payment and booking.

Preparing Parents and Kids for our School Holiday Sports Camps

Once the booking process is completed, we strive to keep each parent informed and included since each parent is a valued partner in our business. Parents are sent an email which provides information surrounding coaching programs, answers to frequently asked questions as well as what kids should bring to our school holiday sports camps.

Our Daily Sports Camps System

Step 1 – Meet and Greet

On each day of our Cricket Camps, AFL Camps and Multi Sports Camps, our Head Coach will greet parents/carers and players at the Sign-In Station at the designated Drop Off/Pick Up location.

Step 2 – Players Placed Into Groups

Coaches organise players into appropriate age and/or ability groups. Coaches ensure friends and siblings are grouped together. Coaches do move players from original groups into different cohorts during the camp to maximise player satisfaction. These decisions are made in consultation with other coaches and the players involved. We adopt coaching ratios of 1:12 to ensure participation and enjoyment for all.

Step 3 – Implementation

Coaches take their allocated group of players through the Cricket Camp, AFL Camp or Multi Sports Program. Check out our Cricket Camp, AFL Camp and Multi Sports Camp pages for further details on the types of coaching strategies and sequence of events planned for each day at our school holiday sports camps.
Step 4 – Player Collection

At the completion of each day of our school holiday sports camps, our Head Coach will greet parents/carers and oversee the collection of all players at the Sign Out Station at the designated Drop Off/Pick Up location.

Keeping Connected Beyond School Holidays

Once parents and kids leave our school holiday sports camps, we work hard to follow up with parents. We understand the importance of evidencing the learning and coaching each and every player experiences at our Cricket Camps, AFL Camps, and Multi Sports Camps. From sharing images of players experiencing learning, teamwork and sportsmanship through to conducting surveys to collect feedback from parents to improve the quality of our service to monthly newsletter alerting our customers to matters like educational resources and upcoming events, we are very much enthusiastic to maintain a positive relationship with all parents and kids beyond the school holidays.

Never miss out on a holiday sports camp!
