SPORTS BIRTHDAY PARTIES – TYPES OF ACTIVITIES
MULTI SPORTS BIRTHDAY PARTIES
With our multi sports parties, children play a range of sports. For example, we can facilitate games of soccer, touch footy, oz tag, cricket, AFL, basketball, netball, athletics carnival activities like dodgeball and running relays. You can request specific sports for your child or we can design a program.
RUGBY LEAGUE BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Rugby league parties involve children participating in goal kicking accuracy games, catch and passing activities, attacking and defensive drills involving tackle bags as well as a game of oz tag/touch footy. Please note children will not be tackling other children.
AFL BIRTHDAY PARTIES
At the AFL party, children will get the opportunity to practice their goal kicking, marking, kick passing, handballing, and evasion/agility skills. Additionally, there will be a game of AFL played. Please note children will not be tackling other children.
NETBALL BIRTHDAY PARTIES
At our netball parties, children play a range of netball-themed drills focusing on footwork, speed, agility, pivoting and passing, jumping, and shooting for goal. Plus, the children will play a game of netball.
CRICKET BIRTHDAY PARTIES
A cricket party involves various drills, activities, and games focusing on cricket skills. For instance, children will take part in catching and throwing challenges, bowling accuracy activities, as well as a game of cricket where every child gets a turn to bat and bowl.
RUGBY UNION BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Rugby union parties include activities involving catching and passing, attacking and defensive challenges like 3 on 2 touch footy, goal kicking competitions, and a game of oz. Please note children will not be tackling other children.
SOCCER BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Soccer parties involve activities focusing on soccer-related skills like dribbling, ball control, passing, and goal shooting. Furthermore, children will be given the opportunity to participate in a game of soccer.
BASKETBALL BIRTHDAY PARTIES
At the basketball party, children will be instructed to take part in dribbling, ball control, passing, and goal shooting drills. On top of this, agility and evasion activities are played as is a game of basketball.

TRUSTED COACHES
All of our coaches are insured, qualified, trained, working with children licensed, and have extensive backgrounds in teaching and sports coaching. We supply all of the professional sporting equipment required.
HEAD COACH PROFILE - LUKE REYNOLDS
Our birthday party coaching team is led by Luke Reynolds. He has a background in cricket. His cricketing achievements include playing junior representative cricket for NSW and 10 years of first-grade cricket for Sydney University and St George Cricket Clubs. In terms of sports coaching accreditation, Luke has a Level 2 Cricket Australia and an AFL Foundation Junior coaching certification. He is also SMART Rugby trained.
Aside from his cricketing experiences, Luke is a qualified high school teacher. He has two educational-related university degrees. One is a Bachelor of Teaching and the other a Master of Education (Educational Leadership). Furthermore, Luke has worked as a classroom teacher since 2010 and has over 5 years of experience as a Head of Faculty.
Luke has delivered hundreds of children’s birthday parties and sports parties since 2014 and in doing so, he forged a reputation for being able to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children seeking a sporty birthday party experience.
COACHING STAFF – A BACKGROUND
The coaching team that Luke leads is made up of people with extensive backgrounds in sports coaching and education. With Level 1 and 2 sports coaching accreditation in cricket, AFL and, Rugby, working with children clearance, diplomas, and university degrees in education, we offer a group of qualified professionals. Additionally, some of our coaches work as primary and high school teachers.
How A Sports Birthday Party Works
STEP 1 – SET UP
We arrive at your chosen location 15-30 minutes prior to the planned birthday party start time to begin preparing for the party. For example, we begin by meeting the birthday child and then set up between 2-4 activity stations.
STEP 2 – MEETING THE CHILDREN
Once the party begins, our coaches organise players into small teams and provide instructions around safety, expectations and how to play the activities we have planned.
STEP 3 – IMPLEMENTATION OF SPORTS BIRTHDAY PARTY PROGRAM
This is where the fun starts and children begin to play games and activities we have planned for them. During this time, the coach acts as an instructor, referee, and entertainer of kids. Every 20-25 minutes children will play a different game/activity. Our coaches can customise the timing and organisation of games and activities to suit the needs of customers with regards to scheduling meal/drink breaks, planned photo moments and other necessary breaks to the sports birthday party.
STEP 4 – WRAP UP
At the conclusion of the party, our coach reflects on the party with the children in attendance and leads the singing of a birthday party song for the birthday child. We then pack things up, bump out and hand the responsibility of the children back over to parents.

Individual Birthday Parties

Note: This party option is for one child celebrating their birthday with their friends. Price is inclusive of set up/pack down time, birthday present, and one coach. All coaches are qualified, insured, and have a working with children clearance license.
Maximum number of children: For individual birthday parties, we cater for up 15 children for 6-7 year old birthday parties and up to 25 children for 8-13 year old birthday parties.
Joint Birthday Parties

Note: This party option is for two children celebrating their birthdays jointly with their friends. Price is inclusive of set up/pack down time, birthday present, and one coach. All coaches are qualified, insured, and have a working with children clearance license.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LOCATION
Customers determine the location of the party. We come to your chosen venue whether that be in a local park, indoor gym/hall, or your backyard. For assistance in choosing a venue, please contact us.
NUMBER OF COACHES
For individual birthday parties:
- one coach to facilitate for up to 15 children for 6-7 year old birthday parties.
- one coach to facilitate for up to 25 children for 8-13 year old birthday parties.
For joint birthday parties:
- one coach to facilitate for up to 20 children for 6-7 year old birthday parties.
- one coach to facilitate for up to 30 children for 8-13 year old birthday parties.
If more than the maximum number of children are attending, customers can request a second coach.
COST OF A SECOND COACH
$250. A second coach can be supplied depending on the availability of our staff on any given day.

Our aim is to make hosting children birthday parties easy with these inclusions:
- Professional coaches: working with children licensed, insured, suitably qualified, experienced coaches.
- Pre-party assistance: suggestions for and/or make bookings of appropriate venues if required.
- Equipment: complete supply of professional sporting equipment.
- Customisation: customers can specify the sports, games, and activities to be played.
- Standardisation: we can design and deliver suitable sports entertainment options.
- Variety: children play a different activity every 20-25 minutes.
- Teams: children are placed into teams to build friendships.
- Children management: coaches to implement effective children management strategies.
- Minor first aid: we supply antiseptic cream and plastic strips for minor scrapes/cuts.
- Invitations: we can supply you with electronic invitations for an additional fee if required.
WHAT WE DON’T PROVIDE
There are a few things that our service does not include such as:
